1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
2. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from our gallery in Phuket, Thailand.

Please note that some countries may have restrictions on importing certain types of artwork. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the item they are purchasing is allowed in their country.
3. Handling & Packaging

We take great care in packing and handling each artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

All artworks are professionally packaged with protective materials.

For framed artworks, we recommend crating for extra protection during international shipping.
4. Delivery Time

Processing time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Delivery time varies based on location:

Domestic (Thailand): 2-5 business days

International: 7-21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that delays can occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

You can track your package via the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
6. Insurance

Shipments of Courier Post are fully insured for the value of the artwork and less than or equal to 7,000.00 THB for EMS World.

In the event that the artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Responsibility After Signing

We cannot be held responsible for loss to the artwork inside the tube after the customer has signed and accepted delivery.
8.Inspection Upon Deliver
- We strongly recommend inspecting the paintings in tube before signing the postal form.
- If the paintings in tubes are disappeared please refuse to the shipment and notify us immediately. Alternatively, make a note on the delivery form before signing.
7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork with photos of the damage and packaging.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the availability of the artwork.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied once the shipment reaches the destination country.

9. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS for domestic and Thailandpost for international shipments.
